Director Wealth Planning Team

As the Director of our Wealth Planning Team at MacLean Financial Group, Dan’s passion is helping clients position all aspects of their finances to maximize their quality of life. His clients include business owners, families and individuals. He recognizes how money not only impacts our financial future, but also our quality of life and the legacy we leave behind. With a background in banking, he’s worked closely with local businesses and investment partners.

His dedication to helping clients grow their hard-earned assets is unrivaled. Dan takes the time to listen to clients, meet them where they are at, explore where they desire to be and then create a plan for achieving that vision. He recognizes that unexpected financial challenges happen and knows how financial planning can mitigate those circumstances.

Living a quality lifestyle is important to Dan and is something he desires for his clients too. His oldest daughter Joy has severe autism. Through trial and error, he’s discovered that Joy functions best when she’s active and outdoors. As a result, he created Joyride, a non-profit organization that helps individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other disabilities get out in the community and enjoy recreational activities.

When Dan’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find him outdoors mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, snowboarding or skiing. Dan knows work/life balance is crucial to achieving the best quality of life. This philosophy ensures his clients get the best service possible. And if you want to get to know Dan on a deeper level, go ahead and ask him about his career as a musician or as a mountain biking fanatic.
