In 1990, Hawley founded MacLean Financial Group with a singular mission: to help clients achieve and safeguard their financial freedom through a comprehensive, net positive plan for all of life’s transitions. With over 150 years of family involvement in multi-generational wealth management, Hawley brings a rich legacy of expertise to his role as President and CEO. He is committed to creating personalized financial strategies that align with each client’s unique needs and goals, fostering confidence and stability across all stages of life.
As a founder and active director of Heritage Bank of Nevada, Hawley was honored as the American Heart Association’s 2004 Man of the Year. He holds the prestigious title of Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table and organizes the annual Water & Rails event, the largest fundraiser in Northern Nevada for ALS of Nevada. His contributions have earned him the Steve Rigazio Voice of Courage Award from ALS of Nevada.
Beyond his professional commitments, Hawley is dedicated to education, teaching courses for business owners, financial planners, certified public accountants, and attorneys on wealth management and succession planning. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, and cooking.
Hawley has recently completed writing a book on succession planning for business owners, which is set to be published soon.
