In 1990, Hawley founded MacLean Financial Group with one purpose; to help clients promote and protect their financial freedom for a net positive plan through all of life’s transitions. His family has been involved with multi-generational wealth management for over 150 years. As President and CEO of the firm, Hawley is dedicated to helping clients fulfill their financial goals while protecting and preserving their wealth. By taking a needs-based approach to financial planning, Hawley creates strategies tailored to his clients’ unique circumstances and objectives. Keeping the long-range always in view, he seeks to inspire confidence in all chapters of his clients’ lives: today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
A founder and active director of Heritage Bank of Nevada, Hawley was named the American Heart Association’s 2004 Man of the Year. A Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Hawley organizes the annual Water & Rails, the largest fundraiser in Northern Nevada for ALS of Nevada. He is a recipient of the Steve Rigazio Voice of Courage Award from ALS of Nevada. Outside of the office, Hawley teaches classes for businesses owners, financial planners, certified public accountants and attorneys on wealth management and succession planning. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing and cooking.
